About BMG 
A small Topeka studio. A short list of obsessions.
Butel Media Group is a video and photography studio in Topeka, Kansas. We've been on the camera since 2020, working with families, real-estate agents, and businesses across Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan, Overbrook, and the rest of northeast Kansas.
Gabriel started filming in middle school. Stop-motion LEGO shorts on the kitchen table. Twenty years later the camera is a Fujifilm cinema body and the table is a wedding venue, a kitchen-table interview, a senior's favorite spot in the park. The obsession hasn't budged: tell the truth of what is happening, frame it like it matters, hand it back to the people who lived it.

What are your rates?
Rates vary by project. Wedding packages start at $1,749. Real estate listings start at $500. Senior portrait mini-sessions are $100, full sessions $250. Business video and life-review documentaries are custom-quoted. Send a project brief and we'll reply with a number within 48 hours.
What areas do you serve?
Topeka is home base. We regularly shoot in Lawrence, Manhattan, Overbrook, Auburn, Silver Lake, Rossville, Tecumseh, Berryton, St. Marys, Wamego, Holton, and across northeast Kansas. Travel further out is available with an added travel fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Video projects and weddings require a 50% deposit to hold your date and reserve the gear. The balance is due the week of the shoot.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer through an invoice, or in person with cash or check.
When do I get my photos or video?
Photo edits are typically delivered the next day. Wedding films take 4 to 8 weeks. Real estate gets a 48-hour turnaround. Business video timelines are confirmed in the proposal. Usually 2 to 4 weeks from shoot day.
Will my photos have watermarks?
No watermarks. We ask only that you credit the photographer when you post.
What music goes in my video?
Songs are licensed through Soundstripe so you get higher-quality music that's safe to use. We're happy to take requests but can't always guarantee a specific song.
Can I get the raw footage?
Raw footage is available for 50% of the project total upon completion, unless we were contracted only to capture footage.
Are you drone certified?
Yes. Gabriel is FAA Part 107 certified, so drone aerials are included on every wedding package and available as an add-on for real estate and brand work.
Who actually shows up on shoot day?
Gabriel is the lead on every project. For larger jobs and 8+ hour weddings, Lucia or Ivan join the crew. You won't get a contractor you've never met.
